A six-month-old boy from Ahvaz city, Khuzestan Province, Iran, who had frequent urinary tract infections, weight loss, and reduced growth criteria. With VCUG imaging , we noticed an extra valve in the urethra (posterior urethral valve) and the patient underwent surgery. It's very good right now. Certainly, if it was diagnosed later, the kidneys would be seriously damaged.
